A compassionate space to explore what’s weighing on you
Therapy with Victoria
You may be feeling stuck in self-doubt, carrying shame, or impacted by past experiences that still shape how you see yourself and relate to others.
Therapy offers a supportive space to slow down, make sense of your experience, and begin moving towards change in a way that feels safe and meaningful.
I offer integrative, relational therapy online and in-person in Leeds city centre.
Understanding yourself with greater clarity and compassion
How Could Therapy Help You?
Many of the people I work with come to therapy feeling weighed down by low self-esteem, shame, or the lasting impact of past experiences. You might notice:
Together, we can gently explore how your experiences have shaped the way you see yourself and move through the world. As awareness grows, you may begin to notice more choice, creating space for change that feels supportive rather than forced.

An Integrative & Relational Approach
My training is in integrative psychotherapeutic counselling, meaning I draw on different therapeutic approaches to understand your unique experience.
At the heart of my work is the therapeutic relationship. I aim to offer a safe, compassionate, and non-judgemental space where you can begin to speak about what feels difficult or long-held.
Our work is collaborative and paced according to what feels safe and useful for you.
Experience & Training
Alongside my private practice, I have several years’ experience working within NHS and private mental health services, as well as in voluntary settings.
I hold a Master’s degree in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy Studies and continue my advanced clinical training.
Professional Membership
I am an individual member of the BACP and work in accordance with their ethical framework, ensuring that our work together is grounded in professionalism, confidentiality, and care.
Therapy may at times include gentle challenge, always offered respectfully and in service of your goals.

Short-Term
